Booking and contact forms

When you send a booking request or message, the website asks for the details needed to respond and arrange the service. This may include your name, professional email, property address, preferred date, selected package and add-ons, and the notes you choose to provide. Do not include alarm codes, lockbox codes, payment details, or MLS credentials.

How the information is used

Tommaso uses your submission to answer your enquiry, confirm availability, prepare a quote, arrange the shoot, and communicate about the service. A booking request does not automatically reserve an appointment. Form submissions are processed through the website’s hosting and configured email delivery service.

Storage and service providers

The site is hosted by Hostinger. Booking requests may be retained in the website administration area and email inboxes so that the enquiry can be handled. Access is intended for the photographer and the service providers needed to operate the website and deliver email. No payment information is collected by these forms.

Cookies and embedded services

WordPress may use cookies needed for administrator login and security. This initial site does not intentionally include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Any later analytics, embeds, or additional services should be reflected on this page before they are enabled.

Use the contact form to ask about information you submitted or request a correction or deletion. Please provide enough context to identify the enquiry without sending additional sensitive information.

Private Shot and Listed delivery

Shot and Listed delivery pages use the Hostinger database for listing data. Photographs and encrypted database backups are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Delivery links and service notifications are sent through Google Gmail. Anyone with a valid private link can view that listing and download its photos until the link expires or is revoked; keep the link private. The app does not request MLS credentials or publish to NJMLS. Deleted listings can be restored for 30 days. Encrypted backups rotate on a 30-day schedule and may retain deleted information longer than the trash restore period. Contact Tommaso about access, corrections or deletion requests.
